A Letter to the Hebrews
Faced with hostility, the loss of jobs, and worse, many Jewish Christians are tempted to hide their faith in Christ and revert back to the Jewish customs. Then a trusted mentor reminds them in a strong, clear letter that Christ is far superior to anything Judaism offers. Its stirring message is surprisingly timely and relevant for Christians today.

Struggling Well - 1 Peter
We all would say we want to live well, spend money and time well, raise our children well, serve God well. Have you ever considered struggling well? Struggling (or suffering ), contrary to what many believe, is not a sign of spiritual failure. Suffering is a reality of being human and is guaranteed (sadly enough) to be part and parcel of belonging to Jesus. Peter addresses our resources and the rewards of struggling without losing hope and trust in God. He even has the audacity to use the words "rejoice" and "distressed" in the same sentence! Come be strengthened alongside your fellow strugglers as we dig deep for the living hope.
